What is your cancellation Policy and why do you have one?
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to provide this notice, there will be a $25 charge for first instance, and a full charge will apply for any subsequent occurrences.
Our clinic understands that life can be unpredictable but we implement this policy to ensure that your reserved spot can be filled, and for our practitioners to receive their due compensation.

Are Chiropractic adjustments safe?
Yes, they are regulated healthcare professionals trained to safely assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
What should I wear?
For Chiropractic and Physiotherapy please wear comfortable clothing. Something that allows easy movement is ideal.
Massage Therapy treatments are always adapted to your comfort. Once the therapist leaves the room they will ask you to undress to your comfort level. The therapist can work through clothing but direct access to the treatment area allows for a wider variety of techniques. Professional draping is done during treatment to ensure privacy. (Only the area being worked on will be uncovered)

Are you therapist licensed/ registered?
Yes. All treatments are provided by fully licensed practicioners and are in good standing with their regulatory body.
What should I expect?
At the beginning there will be an assessment, where you can discuss your treatment goals along with any possible medical conditions that may alter the techniques of the treatment for precaution. This will ensure that each client receives a customized treatment plan with your practitioner.
